Following this, the owner will gain from continuing visits from the District Managers [4]. The cost of owning a franchise is $35,000 which is paid once the singing of the Franchise Agreement is completed for the continuous use of the Crabby Joe’s name, trademarks, and the advertising material [5]. The royalty Fee is 5% of the total sales which is characterized under the Franchise Agreement and is paid on a weekly basis to the Obsidian Group Inc [6].
